Yes, you will receive the same product shown in the picture.
All images on our website are of actual products handcrafted by our skilled team. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural wood grains and lighting, but the design and quality remain exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in the confirmation email sent after your purchase.
A copy is also available in your account dashboard under Orders.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, visit the My Account → Orders section and select the order you want to return. Click on Request Return, fill in the required details, and our team will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we often restock items that are marked as “out of stock.” You can join the Waitlist or enable Back in Stock Alerts to get notified as soon as the product becomes available again.
