1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 to 15 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@orientbsc.com (or WhatsApp if you provide the number).
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • Any damage or defect (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you with the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    • Shipping fees
    • Cash-on-delivery charges (if applicable)
    • Installation/service charges
    • Gift cards or store credits

Note: If a refund is approved, it may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 1 day of delivery for eligible products.
  • Exchange items will be delivered within 4–5 business days after approval.
  • If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a different item or receive store credit/refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to follow the return process after delivery.
